Ascot works with CAFM Explorer to deliver first-class, raceday operations

Ascot Racecourse – the country’s premier venue for horseracing and home to the prestigious Royal Ascot meeting – has implemented Helpdesk functionality from CAFM Explorer to support smooth operations on racedays.

Working collaboratively with the racecourse, the CAFM Explorer team demonstrated the resources and flexibility required to deliver a fully-functioning system – reinforcing the advantages of using a highly configurable, out-of-the-box solution.

With maintenance and call-logging functionality now running in-house, the team will deliver a coordinated, first-class experience for racegoers both now and in the future.
